Trylon TSF is equipped with powerful tools to quickly analyze any Telecommunications tower for any set of loading
conditions to all the common International Standards.
Trylon TSF's experienced engineers work with custom design front-end software that uses a proven and well recognized Finite Element
analysis engine. The result is a very accurate analysis for against the code specified produced in 5 working days or less.
The cycle time for a Tower Analysis is very fast through the use of powerful custom software tools.
Our Engineers and software tools are capable of analyzing towers and foundations to the following most commonly referenced codes in North America,
South America, Europe and Africa:
- USA - EIA/TIA-222-F, UBC-1997
- Canada - S37
- UK - BS8100
- Europe - Eurocode 1 (Part 2.4) and Eurocode 3 (Part 3.1)
- Romania - STAS10101/20-90
- Other codes will be added as required
To better server our customers, Trylon TSF has two engineering teams. One group of engineers is based in North America and the other
is based in Europe.
The completion of a tower and foundation analysis provides a detailed report with recommendations. Where reinforcing is required
the specific locations are detailed and an indication of how the reinforcing can be designed is provided.
Should a reinforcing design be required that can also be priced and provided as a separate contract.
In addition to the Tower and Foundation Analysis summary the following detail information is
provided as part of the standard report:
- Tower Profile with antenna loading detail and foundation loads
- Leg and diagonal tension and compression diagrams
- Tower structure description data
- Antenna data
- Transmission line data
- Ladder data
- Point load data
- Wind pressures and wind area data
- Tower weights
- Member capacity and assessment
- Maximum displacements
- Foundation loads
