We currently have a need for a Project Coordinator for our Field Services division.  The Project Coordinator will assist project managers in their day-to-day functions, providing administrative and operational assistance and provide assistance in warehouse organization functions as required.

This is a role with national accountability however the role will be in person based at one of our regional offices in BC, Alberta, Ontario or Nova Scotia.

Specific Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Deals with non-compliant orders. (NCR’s).
  • Acquires and controls equipment rentals.
  • Source products, quotes.
  • Tracking of missing or missed parts.
  • Take part in accommodation/airfare, booking/cargo bookings.
  • Preparation of site audit documentation and scope of work with input from the Project Managers.
  • Prepare materials list / orders for projects.
  • Compile site related ‘Scope of Work’ documentation for crew.
  • Compile electronically “As built” drawings and documents and upload to client server as applicable.
  • Create and maintain program tracking sheets for large construction programs.
  • Enter sales orders and create purchase orders for towers and all suppliers for each site as directed.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Have basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Ability to read drawings and bills of material.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • Have a positive attitude and be proactive in day-to-day activities.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity – we’re a company going through lots of changes. There is a need to be flexible and move with changes as they unfold.
  • Ability to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and apply within a short period of time.
